i wanted to cut my hair short...but i'm afraid it might not suit me...i have a round face and my hair is curly and dry too...could help me????

ok .. should I get my hair cut into layers.. I am trying to let it grow.. it is all one length to my ear . It lays flat on my head and then sticks...
