ok .. should I get my hair cut into layers.. I am trying to let it grow.. it is all one length to my ear . It lays flat on my head and then sticks out at the sides.. I am a little too old to keep wearing these clips. HELP
If you are trying to grown your hair one length then layering just prolongs the process because you then have to wait for the other hairs to grow out before you cut it one length. I'd say just make the most of it for now with occasional healthy trims and be patient for it to grow.
