In order to get this look your hair needs to be layered so you can get a feathered look from front to back. It seems her stylist used a big round brush and used the dryer at the same time while curling hair AROUND brush and pulling it toward the back of the head releasing the hair as it was dried. Not sure if that makes sense but this style is very common so if anything you can find it demonstrated on youtube. Best of luck
